Prof. Dr. Claudius Thomé

Prof. Dr. Thomé has served as Full Professor and  Chairman of the Dept. of Neurosurgery, Medical University Innsbruck, Austria since 2010.

He is the principal investigator of Barricaid's 554-patient RCT, publishing 2-year findings in The Spine Journal in 2018.

Michael Musacchio, MD

Dr. Musacchio is a neurosurgeon specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery techniques. He has more than 19 years’ experience in neurological surgery.

Dr. Musacchio is currently a clinical investigator in the Barricaid U.S. Post-Approval Study.

K. Brandon Strenge, MD

Dr. Brandon Strenge is one of the founding membersstrenge circle-1-1 of The Orthopaedic Institute of Western Kentucky. He is a fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon specializing in minimally invasive spinal surgery and motion-preserving procedures to treat both cervical and lumbar spine disorders. 

Pierce Nunley, MD

He is currently a clinical investigator in the Barricaid U.S. Post-Approval Study.
